This is a very nice decaf from Colombia. Relative to most natural processed coffees from the it has low acidity, giving it a very smooth finish while maintaining a bit of complexity in its traditional Colombian body. The EA decaf process makes this a super safe and tasty coffee at any time of day. We roast this dark, but preserve its origin notes by pushing it right to the edge of first crack without hitting the oily second crack.
